FOR SUCH NON-JEWISH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE OBJECTS (WHICH MAY VARY FROM YEAR TO YEAR) IN THE CITY OF MANCHESTER AS SHALL BE NOMINATED AT HIS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION BY THE LORD MAYOR FOR THE TIME BEING OF MANCHESTER. 2 FOR SUCH JEWISH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR JEWISH CHARITABLE OBJECTS (WHICH MAY VARY FROM TIME TO TIME) IN THE CITY OF MANCHESTER AS SHALL BE NOMINATED BY THE PRESIDENT FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE COUNCIL OF MANCHESTER. 3 FOR SUCH JEWISH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR JEWISH CHARITABLE OBJECTS (WHICH MAY VARY FROM TIME TO TIME) IN THE STATE OF ISRAEL AS SHALL BE SELECTED AT HIS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION BY THE MAYOR FOR THE TIME BEING OF TEL AVIV.
