INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN EQUAL ONE-THIRD SHARES FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING AN ANNUAL PRIZE TO BE KNOWN AS "THE DOCTOR HILL PRIZE" TO BE AWARDED BY THE GOVERNORS OF THE MELTON MOWBRAY KING EDWARD VII UPPER SCHOOL, THE MELTON MOWBRAY SARSON HIGH SCHOOL AND THE MELTON MOWBRAY JOHN FERNELEY HIGH SCHOOL TO A PUPIL WHO HAS EXHIBITED EXCELLENCE IN MATHEMATICS, MUSIC AND ATHLETICS RESPECTIVELY.
