FOR THE RELIEF OF POOR WIDOWS AND SPINSTERS WHO ARE 50 YEARS OF AGE OR OVER WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND EITHER IN GIFTS IN KIND OR GRANTS OF MONEY WHICH MAY INCLUDE GRANTS TO ANY ALMSHOUSE OR OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTION ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID.
