TO CONSTRUCT COMPLETE MANAGE AND MAINTAIN A SWIMMING POOL AND SQUASH COURTS (TOGETHER WITH ALL INCIDENTAL OFFICES AND OUTBUILDINGS AND ACCESS THERETO) AS FACILITIES FOR RECREATION WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE RECREATIONAL CHARITIES ACT, 1958 AND FOR THE PROVISION OF SUCH OTHER FACILITIES WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE SAID ACT AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF BOLLINGTON AND ADJACENT AREAS.
