Charitable objects
The charity?s objects (Objects) are, for the public benefit: (a) to advance in life and help children and young people especially, but not exclusively, by providing support to programmes and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals; (b) to promote education and learning of children and young people in such ways as the Trustees see fit, including but not limited to, assisting initiatives whose aims include advancing education and learning of children and young people; (c) to advance any other charitable purpose which is recognised as exclusively charitable according to the laws of England and Wales as the Trustees may from time to time determine. Nothing in the articles shall authorise an application of the property of the charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and/or section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
