THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL
SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISION OF AN AIR AMBULANCE SERVICE
OR OTHER EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION PRIMARILY IN CORNWALL AND THE ISLES OF SCILLY.
