Charitable objects
2.1 THE NAME OF THE CHARITY IS THE URGUHART CHARITABLE TRUST (OR ANY OTHER NAME CHOSEN BY RESOLUTION OF THE TRUSTEES WITH THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE FOUNDER).
2.2. THE OBJECT IS TO FURTHER SUCH GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
2.3 THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS.
