TO APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY TOWARDS SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND TO MAKE DONATIONS TO SUCH CHARITABLE ASSOCIATIONS, INSTITUTIONS AND TRUSTS AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT, AND 2. TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE HOMELESS BY REASON OF ADVERSE CIRCUMSTANCES BY THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION.
