FOR PROMOTING MILITARY EFFICIENCY OF THE RESERVE FORCES AND COUNTY ARMY CADET FORCES ADMINISTERED FROM TIME TO TIME BY NW TAVRA ('THE AREA OF BENEFIT') AND FOR THE PROVISION OF CHARITABLE SUPPORT TO THE RESERVE FORCES THE ARMY CADET FORCES USING THE ALTCAR RIFLE RANGES IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND FOR THE RELIEF OF THE HARDSHIP NEED OR DISTRESS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE ARMY CADET FORCES OR RESERVE FORCES ELIGIBLE TO USE ALTCAR RIFLE RANGES AND THEIR FAMILIES.
