TO HELP TEACHERS' CHARITIES AND SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES TO SUCH AN EXTENT AS SHALL BE RECOMMENDED TO THE TRUSTEES BY THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
