TO EDUCATE AND TRAIN AND RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS AMONG PERSONS WHO ARE SUFFERING OR WHO HAVE SUFFERED A LEGAL RESTRICTION ON THEIR LIBERTY IN ANY PENAL OR CORRECTIONAL ESTABLISHMENT OR THROUGH ANY MEANS WHATEVER AND THE FAMILIES OF SUCH PERSONS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
