TO APPLY THE INCOME IN PAYMENT OF ANNUITIES CURRENTLY NOT EXCEEDING ú520 PER ANNUM EACH OR SUCH OTHER AMOUNT AS THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS FROM TIME TO TIME APPROVE TO SUCH POOR LADIES OF GENTLE BIRTH WHO SHALL NOT BE OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC FAITH OR MEMBERS OF THE SALVATION ARMY AND SHALL HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF 55 YEARS AND SHALL HAVE LIVED AND SHALL CONTINUE TO LIVE MORAL AND SOBER LIVES.
