(1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING SCHOLARSHIPS AND BURSARIES FOR LAY CLERKS AND CHORISTERS AND ORGANISTS OF THE CHOIR OF BRENTWOOD CATHEDRAL IN THE MANNER SPECIFIED IN CLAUSE 6 IN ORDER TO PROMOTE THE EXCELLENCE OF CHORAL MUSIC IN THE CATHEDRAL.(11) THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION THROUGH THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE FABRIC OF THE BRENTWOOD CATHEDRAL BUILDING IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSE 7
