Charitable objects
The Charity's objects are restricted specifically, in each case only for the public benefit to provide for the relief of need, hardship or distress among persons who are victims of, or in fear of, domestic violence and/or abuse, and to reduce the occurrence of domestic abuse, in particular but not exclusively by providing refuge, advocacy, items, services, facilities or practical support, by raising public awareness of domestic abuse issues or in such other ways as the trustees may from time to time decide.
Nothing in these Articles shall authorise an application of the property of the charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with any statutory provision regarding the meaning of the word "charitable" or the words "charitable purposes" in force in any part of the United Kingdom
